Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy. The spiritual medicine of many illnesses. As energy, Reiki works on physical, emotional and spiritual levels that restores balance and harmony and gives a sense of "well-being." The initial consultation will include a comprehensive intake and intention setting to map your life history, limiting beliefs systems, unconscious patterns/blocks and healing goals. Your appointment may include a Reiki session to receive a chakra energy reading if your healing work will be more energy medicine focused, or it may be more focused on mental/emotional/physiological mapping to find the roots of your problem and set the foundations for your path to healing and self love. Your personal and unique healing program will be tailored to your personal healing intentions and will be customized in length and modalities to best support your needs. Your program may include Reiki, Crystal Therapy, Sound Healing, Aromatherapy, Meditation, Lifestyle, Health and/or Sober coaching. My approach is solution-based, practical and real. I address mind, body, and spirit with a holistic perspective. I fuse my background in nursing, spiritual therapy, Energy medicine, sound, Crystal and aromatherapy into one practice to help you uncover what is holding you back from living a life free of stress, trauma, and emotional distress. I have a deep passion for going to the deepest layers, asking the hard questions and really helping my clients to transform as fast as they are ready. I want to help everybody remember why they are here on this planet… to have the most adventure in life, to love with an open heart and to be able to enjoy every precious moment. Session time: 2-4 hours depending on each individual’s needs Session Price: $120.00/hour. Prices may vary depending on each situation and circumstance.
